Private yoga sessions take place in Hove and Brighton, usually in your home or at an agreed location.

I offer personalised Iyengar yoga sessions tailored to your individual goals, whether that’s improving flexibility, building strength, managing a health condition, or finding more calm and balance in your life.

Everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Each session is adapted to your fitness level, lifestyle, and any specific needs or limitations you may have.

You can visit me on New Church Road in Hove, I can travel to your home in the Brighton and Hove areas, or we can work together online via FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom from anywhere in the world.

Most sessions last 60 minutes, though 90-minute sessions are available if you’d prefer more time. I can also arrange shorter sessions to fit your schedule.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in — yoga is practised barefoot. If visiting me in Hove, all equipment is provided. For home or online sessions, you’ll need a sticky mat, yoga blocks, a belt, and a blanket or two.
