I teach private one-to-one yoga in Brighton and Hove for people seeking a personalised, focused approach to yoga. Sessions are taught face-to-face and adapted to your body, experience, and aims. Private yoga allows time to learn and understand yoga practice rather than feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
I have the higher level 3 certification that is required for one to one Yoga tuition.
