Three hours of yoga sounds like a long time but it really flies by- and as this is at an Adult Education college it is also great value- £15
We will have time to work on a range of poses to revitalize and restore you! I will plan a programme to suit all levels, including beginners.

The venue is about 5 minutes walk from Goring by Sea station, so easy to get to from all over Sussex.
The college closes enrolment in January, so you can’t just turn up and pay on the day.
