It doesn’t have to be a new years resolution- coming to a weekly class can easily be slipped into your schedule.  And yes, from just one class a week you will start to notice a difference!

Just make sure your teacher is part of a registered organisation like the Iyengar Yoga Association, not just ‘influenced by’ various styles of Yoga.  If possible, take a look at their website to find out how much experience they have.

I’m running a brand new class in Horsham, West Sussex, on Wednesdays at 7 pm.

8th January is a free taster class so why not come along?  You’ll need to be a little bit early to fill out a health form unless you email me in advance for one.
