In 2019 all my Iyengar Yoga workshops in Horsham sold out!

So I am running more workshops on Saturday afternoons in 2020 – almost one per month.

The venue is still the lovely Tythe barn on Pondtail Road.

Tythe Barn is just slightly North of Horsham town centre- with plenty of free parking.

Thinking about Iyengar Yoga workshops in Horsham?

Perhaps you commute for work and can only make classes at weekends?

Perhaps you prefer a two hour chance to work on poses and breath work in more depth?

Maybe you’d like to find out more about Iyengar yoga and how it differs from other styles?

Iyengar Yoga is known for its careful approach- we often use props like blocks and belts to help assist us in poses.

A 2 hour workshop also gives the opportunity to spend longer learning Pranayama (Yoga breathing techniques).

Many of my existing students come to an Iyengar Yoga workshops in Horsham as a way to consolidate what they have learnt in classes.

A maximum of 14 students attend these events- so there’s plenty of space and everyone can get assistance and advice, if required.

If you have any health issues or are recovering from serious illness it may be a good idea to consider a one to one Yoga session with me first- then I could tell you whether a Yoga workshop would benefit you.

Each workshop costs £20- the dates that have been announced so far are: Saturday 8th February 2020, 21st March, 25th April, 16th May, 13th June 2020

you can book in advance using paypal https://annamacedoyoga.com/yoga-classes/

As I mentioned- they always fill up in advance!
