My Iyengar Yoga workshops in Horsham always sell out!
So I am starting to run some yoga workshops in Brighton.
These will also be on Saturday afternoons, running 2-4pm.
The venue is Brighton Natural Health Centre above Infinity foods.
The entrance is on Regent street, just a ten minute walk from Brighton railway station.
Thinking about Iyengar Yoga workshops in Brighton?
Perhaps you commute for work and can only make classes at weekends? They can be hard to find!
Perhaps you prefer two hours as a chance to work on poses and breath work in more depth?
Maybe you’d like to find out more about Iyengar yoga and how it differs from other styles? I like to teach in a simple, clear way that means beginners and more advanced students can learn together in the same class.
Iyengar Yoga is known for its careful approach- we often use props like blocks and belts to help assist us in poses if we need a bit of extra help. As BNHC is a fully equipped venue, you don’t need to bring anything with you unless you want to! So beginners are welcome to come to these Yoga workshops in Brighton, as long as they don’t have any health conditions that require special attention.
I aim to teach 2 hour workshops that leave students feeling relaxed, not exhausted. I have over 20 years teaching experience, so you’re in safe hands.
In the heart of the Laines, you could explore the independent shops beforehand. Of course Brighton has dozens of amazing places to eat too- but you should save that for after the workshop!
A maximum of 16 students attend these events- so there’s plenty of space and everyone can get assistance and advice, if required.
If you have any health issues or are recovering from serious illness it may be a good idea to consider a one to one Yoga session with me first- then I could tell you whether a Yoga workshop would benefit you.
Each workshop costs £25 (concessions available) the next date that has been announced is: Saturday 23rd April 2022, with more dates to follow.
