One to one yoga

It's not just busy executives that can't find time to get to class.  I teach one to one yoga to retired people and busy mums in the comfort of their own home - at a time to suit them.  Sometimes it is my existing students that attend my classes that want an extra boost for their practice.  Sometimes I teach yoga to couples.

Do you know what your arms are doing in Yoga?

Urdhva Hastasana
