Is Yoga enough on its own or do you need to add something like running or swimming to make it a complete exercise program?
I teach yoga for children and teenagers- sometimes in family groups in their own homes. Children aged 12 or over are welcome to come to any of my classes or workshops, with a parent or guardian.
I teach a Wednesday 7 pm "improvers yoga class" in Horsham. But who is it aimed at? What exactly is an 'improver'?
I look forward to meeting new students. I feel that teaching someone their first ever Yoga class is a great honour.
When we practice we are supposed to draw the attention inwards. We are supposed to be mindful, not daydreaming. Our minds are not supposed to wander off.
Recent studies have proven it! A lot of women start Yoga in their 40's and 50's as they start to experience fatigue and hormonal fluctuations. Many women have tried conventional treatments and realise that they only offer a short term solution.

It's not just busy executives that can't find time to get to class. I teach one to one yoga to retired people and busy mums in the comfort of their own home - at a time to suit them. Sometimes it is my existing students that attend my classes that want an extra boost for their practice. Sometimes I teach yoga to couples.
