Sometimes I mention it in class, but I feel it’s worth mentioning it again as a blog post!

Have you thought how long would it take you to walk to your yoga class? 

20 minutes?  More?  

As the evenings are becoming lighter here in the UK it is something to think about.

And not just for environmental reasons!

After class getting into a car seat can compress the body and undo some of the good work you have just done.

We are often not at our most alert after class and we need to concentrate when driving.

Walking to class is a great warm up for the class itself.  It will help you ease into the class more quickly.

You may even meet some fellow students on the way….
