This Saturday afternoon yoga workshop will focus on the key ways we work to keep energy in the body when we practice. There are simple techniques we can use in Iyengar Yoga to ensure we benefit from the poses rather than just performing them in our habitual way.
It will be suitable for all levels including beginners. A yoga workshop is not like a class- we will work in more depth and you will not feel tired at the end. In Iyengar Yoga we work carefully so everyone can feel the benefit regardless of their level.
