Recent studies have proven it!  A lot of women start Yoga in their 40's and 50's as they start to experience fatigue and hormonal fluctuations.  Many women have tried conventional treatments and realise that they only offer a short term solution.

Learning yoga is easy in an Iyengar Yoga class- I will demonstrate every pose for you to then copy.  All of the classes are friendly and welcoming of any newcomers.  Some classes fill up very quickly- booking is on a first come first served basis.

What is it best to do after Yoga classes?

Wouldn't it be great if we could go back to sit at our desks, or to sit in our cars, with a renewed sense of well being while still being mindful of our posture?   To notice we are less stressed with our colleagues, or less stressed with other car drivers.  If we try not to slump, but sit up straight, to be mindful of our movements, we can maintain that sense for longer.

Can you walk to yoga class?

Walking to class is a great warm up for the class itself. It will help you ease into the class more quickly.
