New Horsham Yoga Class Starting April 13th 2016
Who is the new Horsham yoga class aimed at?
This new Horsham yoga class will be aimed more towards beginners, however others are welcome to join us too. We will work on yoga poses to stretch and calm us, some simple yoga breathing and relaxation.
Why join the new Horsham yoga class?
You may find this earlier time works better for you- after work but home in time for dinner! You may prefer a shorter class. An hour of yoga after work will help you to de-stress and feel energised. If you have been worried about joining an all abilities class, this class may suit you better. In Iyengar Yoga we work safely and carefully which has a calming effect on our minds. There is free parking at the church and it is ten minutes walk from Horsham station. I can lend you all the equipment you need if you are coming straight from work! It is also only £30 for a 5 week course.
What other Horsham Yoga class could I join?
I also teach Monday lunchtimes 12.30-1.30pm at Tythe Barn, Pondtail Road. This can be booked as either a 5 week course (£30) or drop in £8 per class. New drop in students please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out a short health form.
There is a longer Wednesday evening class 7-8.30pm at Holy Trinity Church, Rushams Road, which is booked as a 5 week course (£40). This longer class is mixed ability and we do work towards more challenging poses sometimes.
